I have functioned as both an individual contributor and creative manager producing print and digital/web content, product design, complex system design, and creative strategy for standard product teams and marketing/bizdev teams.
Management Experience
I have built and managed in-house design teams in a variety of workflow styles, turned-around existing design teams, managed remote international design teams, and managed/enforced design and pattern libraries across global enterprise environments.
I also have extensive experience interviewing, mentoring, and evaluating promotion of designers and design interns.
